When you contact us
The inquiry forms send your submitted name, email, message, and any business or telephone details you provide to manfred@americantourassociation.com so we can respond. Do not submit payment card details, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Messages are processed by our hosting and email providers. We use them to handle your inquiry and any resulting business discussion. We do not use form submission as consent to a marketing newsletter.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may keep routine security and access logs, such as IP addresses, request times, and visited URLs. The form uses a temporary hashed IP identifier to limit repeated submissions. This site does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies as part of this launch.
External services
Maps, visitor organizations, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. They receive your request when you follow their links. Photography is served from this website rather than embedded from third-party social accounts.
Questions or removal requests
Email manfred@americantourassociation.com to ask about information you submitted or request deletion. We may retain records needed for an ongoing inquiry, an agreed transaction, or applicable obligations.
